New Mazda5 Owner here.

Hey all....Been on the forums since last year. Own a 2002 Protege5. Just picked this up tonight for my wife. traded in her 2000 Toyota Sienna. Thank god that is gone.

2007 Mazda5.......34K mi......10900 final cost.

Had just been cleaned up a little bit when we showed up. Final clean up while we were doing paperwork and all that good stuff.....washed it, buffed out a couple scratches. Nice and clean now. Will do a shoot with it post snow storm.....Had already put the plates on before paperwork and final clean was done.

How soon will the mods begin and your wife can catch up to you and the P5?

First mods next week, tint and remote starter.....Powder coating the wheels late spring. Possible intake. that might be it.

I'm a new member to this site as well. I've used this site for reference many times and finally decided to join.

Bought a white '07 Mazda5 GT for the wife back in Sept '09 with only 22 000 km on it. She absolutely loves it and it's a blast to drive. We also have an '01 Protege ES. Great car too.

Now if I can only convince her on an RX-8...after all, it does technically have 4 doors

Yea I have tried it already! Hasnt worked! HAHAHAHA, I as you can read in the NEPOC section, have a hard time making my mind up, so it's been a long ride the last year on what to do with my car. I will see how the year goes, I am supposed to be buying my mother in laws house this week. So if all goes well I will NOT own the house and can invest into my Protege5.
