Need help asap

Soo im trying to get my car back on the road and im having several issues.

First issue.
Wierd idle. When i turn the car on it revs really high like 3500-4k then drops to 1500 then bounces back up to 3k and back and forth back and forth. Attached is a video

List of mods install on the car over the winter prior to starting
Thermal Spacers Intake and Throttle body
VTCS Removal
Vacuum Block (cut brake booster line before check valve installed a T)
Semi Wire tuck (no wires were cut)
Innovate wideband
Split Second AFC V2(mazda protege Speed Edition)

I have checked all the vacuums and doesnt seem to be any leaks (judging by visual and audio)
Just cleaned the EGR valve as well.

Second issue
None of my instrments on my cluster work. Earlier in the day they did but now they dont work. The dash lights go on. I.e Airbag, CEL, Door battery. But no gauges.

Its not the main bearing or running without oil.

Just looking to solve the irratic idle problem

vaccuum leak? check ur intake hose...

Ive checked all obvious lines. Its a P0106 code Manifold Absolute Pressure

I took the original bracket off the MAP sensor and EGR boost sensor. Does anyone know if those have to be ground to the chassis?
