Was this ecu flashed with the recall?

Sorry I do not know that but I am trying to find out. I will update this if I am able to find out if it has been flashed.

I do know it came from a 2003.5 MSP, but I presume those were released before the recall.

the car would have a sticker aroun the dirver side in the engine bay, no sticker/no reflash
