msp cai fit mp5?

Was going to buy this injen cai from someone local, but found out its for a msp. It wont fit right?

unless you're turbo w/ a stock side mount intercooler it wont fit.

What if I "wished" it had that? Would it fit then? Lol Thanks I wont buy it. Nfg here.
Im old btw, so excuse the stupid question. I dont want to buy a cheap ebay intake, but dont want to spend what a nice one costs. Crap, finding stuff for this mp5 is harder and about as expensive as my e36 BMW. Who would of thought?
