Just because the MSP has a turbo, does not mean it capable of producing mad WHP from the factory, with a few upgrades. If your looking into getting close to mid 13's, again suggest educationg yourself on the basics of forced induction, and how to properly tune for it.
Ask the guys with turboed MP3's how hard it is to tune the car. A few have blown 1 or even 2 engines. You cant just go turning up the boost, adding an intake and exhaust, and not monitor your engines doings. You gotta monitor, and tune, to meet the requirements for safe whp gains. This means, possible fuel managment, and timing managment. Possible upgrade to fuel delivery.
Also, with the added power, you will have added heat, you need to upgrade to compensate for this. IE: New radiator, lower pressure thermostat, higher pressure rad cap, more efficient fans, possible oil cooler, and FMIC upgrade.
Basically, if you have the money, knowledge, and know where to get the parts, you can have an easily 250 whp MSP.
