Mazdaspeed Protege #1292 in NY. Seeing if this car belonged to anyone here before....

Hey all. been lingering on this forum as a non member for a while. i bought a 2003 mazdaspeed protege in spicy orange as a project to go along with my speed 6. the guy i bought it from lived in VT and he bought it from another guy in vermont. found an old add about the car here. http://www.turbooptions.com/forum/showthread.php?t=58572
now the history in the ad is pretty accurate from what the last owner told me as coming from las vegas and the north carolina to vermont. its production number 1292 and i confirmed it from the list here on the site. so does anyone know who this car belonged to before? would be great to hear the history of the car. thanks in advance and love the site.

It's a sweet car. Just needs some love. It had some crappily done mods that I'm slowly undoing. Got her running decent now. Still having some vtcs/vics problems, but its a fun,quick,great handling car. And a great color. Lol as soon as I get some more done I'm going to post a build/rebuild thread of bringing the car back to life. If u know anyone that might know this car send em this way. Is like to hear from previous owners.
