Maff's STS2 Build

lol gotcha...

just use that wagon thing you have, plenty of room for junk in the trunk :D

problem with that is I need a driver for the wagon. Hard to drive 2 cars @ once. If I had a garage, I'd put it up on stands and just take the old wheels / tires & new tires, but I don't :(

pussy. do it in the apartmen parking lot, thats what i used to do, then drive 300 miles on azenis, then drive back. hollar cuz im a baller :p

yeah, I didn't even think abt that. Too late now. It's no big deal, I don't think I'll have much trouble getting them (unmounted) into the car.

Well, I take that back. I won't have as much room w/ the Corbeau as w/ the stock seat... hmmm. I should be getting them thursday, so I can test fit them in the car to make sure I can get them all in. If not... Korey, you mind if I bring them to bowling on Thursday?

1- floor board of passenger side
2- in the passenger seat standing up side by side (like I carry mine)
1- remove the spare and put it into the trunk.

w0rd. I think I can figure this one out ;) Like I said, I'll test fit them once they come in on thurs. The biggest issues I see is the bolsters on the seats taking up space where the tires would sit. We'll see

here is a thought....take the passenger seat out of the car (flame2)

and no you cannot bring them up to bowling on thursday because i will not be there. I have ASE testing again that night and it starts at about 7 and runs till about 8:30 or so, And i dont like driving all the way home and then all the way back across town if i dont have to. But either way we will figure something out. What are you doing for lunch on friday? bring them in the p5 during your lunch break and then grab the miata after work

Unfortunately I don't have that long of a lunch break. Taking out the seat, if it comes down to it, is not a terrible idea. It'd be a pain, but it would work. We'll see what happens after they come in.

I forgot you had said you were testing today and tomorrow. Good luck w/ that dude!

yesterday and tomorow and so far so good i guess i forgot alot of stuff from school.

And how hard can the seat be? its 4 bolts

It's not taking it out that's the pain, it's getting it back in ;)

ROFL nice korey.
Todd, thanks dude, I'll let you know. I don't think it'll be a big deal, I'm sure it'll fit fine, but I won't know until tomorrow night...

dunno about a 225, but i put one OE daisy wheel/tire in the trunk, 3 on the passenger seat (2 on the cushion, one wedged against the dash). they went up to just below the top of the door.

one in the trunk was possible b/c i stuck the spare in the passenger footwell. that allowed me to put all my tools and helmet in the trunk as well.

whats nice is that the tires wont be mounted to any wheels so they will budge if you sqeaze them in there
