Loss of brake pedal feel !!!

ahh the mighty msp is giving me problems once again lol(squinty)

ok well i searched this forum with no avail .. this has only happened one other time prior to this and the conditions were the same.

i was driving normal speed and slowing down to pull into Ralphs, the driveway into Ralphs has a big dip and causes the car to bounce slightly jerk. as i was slowing down i had the clutch and brake pedal depressed slightly increasing the pressure onto the brake pedal i hit the bump and suddenly lost all feeling on the brake pedal the pedal started to jerk slightly left and right and felt almost as if it was tumbling over rocks? once i was fully over the driveway pedal conditions went back to normal (basically brakes did not work for like 3 seconds lol)..

brake fluid is topped and full
brake pads are a lil low but in not grinding discs lol

car has 62k on it just recently changed out the struts all the way around with new tk blues previous suspension (coilovers where blown causing extremely harsh driving conditions felt as if the car was going to explode when i hit a bump or pothole lol...)

any help would be extremely appreciated

Never felt ABS before? My car always engages ABS when I hit an incline while breaking. Its normal, all cars with antilock brakes do the same thing.

Yes pedal got hard and no never had a car with abs my evo rs did not have abs for some reason mitsu leaves it out an rs thanks for the very helpfull input ...! But is it normal for it to feel as if its grinding I don't kno how to xplain what my foot felt lol but it did get hard stiff felt I had no controll just a jerking gridning feeling

Hmmm. Well when the brake pedal becomes hard it's most likely because your brake booster wasn't working. As for the brakes grinding I'm gonna say because your brake booster wasn't working. The grinding is because not enough pressure is being applies to the rotor so essentially the pads are just sliding ever so lightly on the rotor. When my brake booster hose failed(check valve stuck closed) I had very little if any brakes at all. I would get a slight scratching sound because I couldn't apply enough pressure to bite the rotors.

ABS wouldn't cause the pedal to become hard to push. The pedal would feel normal.

Now why it just randomly happened I can't guess. Would be easier if it didn't correct itself.

I would inspect the brake lines to make sure there not getting pinched. Also check the brake booster hose for cracks.
