Light replacment

Hello everyone.

I want to replace a light bulb in the fan switch (don't know the name) which you choose the power lvl of air.
The light indicator should light up at night but for some reason it doesn't...

So basically I want to know how to take a part the panel and how to switch the light bulb.
or if there is an alternative solution to fix the problem I would like to hear that aswell.

I might be wrong, but I believe all HVAC control lighting is LED and soldered to a circuit board, therefore difficult to change without good soldering iron skills.
