Just wasted my money, and my time.

Well ya know in high school there was always that one person that was in at least one of your classes every frikkin year? well this fat and very moody chick was always short tempered... i guess I'm just scarred. (boom01)

Allright, I found a way to get these. I found a number for a mazda dealer in Canada, Pacific Mazda, and talked to the parts department. The guy there send me a couple different pictures of the p5 bumper via fax, and he ordered me the right ones. What you need to ask for is for a 2002 p5, mps2 susp, part #B32E-50-C11 and #B32E-50-C21. It is important it is for the mps2 susp option. The parts guy was really helpful ,and he said it would take about a week for him to get them, and then they would be sent to me. The covers are about $60 for both. The # for the parts department is 250-385-5747. Hope this helps everyone.

What does "mps2 susp" stand for? The correct part numbers are not enough to get the right ones?

Thanks for looking into it Gaboost!

wow... thanks for the help, but yeah.. what does mps2 susp. stand for? Or if I spout that off will they know what I'm saying?

Sorry for the late response but I believe susp. stands for suspension. On the parts sheet it did not specify this though. I was sent two pictures, one that looked like the regular protege front bumper, same part #'s as the other one, but it was listed as sport susp.,or suspension. The second picture was of the p5 bumper, and listed as mps2 suspension. That is the one you want to order the covers from.

No problem... when I called, I said that someone else called earlier and ordered the same parts. He remembered you, so I just told him "I'll have what he's having" :)

I'm glad I was able to help you out then. I can't wait to get rid of my front lip, it fits horribly, and I just plain don't like it.

Gaboost, have you got your grilles yet? I am still waiting for a call that they are in... they havn't even charged my CC yet?

I haven't got a call yet either. I'm going to call today to see what's up with them. They also have not charged my cc. Maybe it's taking longer for them to get the parts.

I just got off the phone with the parts dept., they said the grilles were there and would be sent to me today or tomorrow. Hopefully yours were in the same order mine were in. I'll let everybody know as soon as i get them.

I just called and mine were being unpacked. Hopefully they will get them out to me later today...

waiting patiently for assurance that these are the right ones ... :)

well, sorry for the really long delay,( Thought i could trade my car on msm),these are the right inserts. Be aware they have the same pattern as the middle grille, but are closed off as opposed to open like the middle part.If you have a cai, you could drill holes in the right one to let air through.
