WOW!!!! That's all I can say...This motor mount rocks!! I noticed WAY more pickup in second and third gear. The vibrations will be something to get used to, but aren't that bad. All in all, a wicked investment. I've had this thing lying around for months. Mucho impressed

After around 200 miles the vibrations should decline a bit.

Awesome to hear that. I'm considering getting one of those mounts too.

Does it get rid of the grind that happens if you shift too quickly into 3rd gear on this crap-ass stock mount?

Also, when do the vibrations occur? Idle, or throughout the rev range and while cruising?

It does not get rid of the grind...assuming you are shifting really quickly. Vibrations are at idle and also around 3500-4000RPM, but they aren't bad. I haven't had a chance to really get into any highway cruising. I thought at first something was wrong with my car. That's how weird the vibes are. But it's normal. First gear starts are really easy now. Next to no gas is needed. When I uninstalled the stock mount, I was looking over it and it puzzles me how anyone would trust this thing to hold an engine in place. Especially an engine that has 280f/lb of torque. I could literally move the mount back and forth with my hands. Biggest pile of junk. **** Mazda for giving us this POS mount. They should be ashamed of themselves. Buy this mount...you will love the difference!!!
