Just got slammed in my Speed

Other guy had minor damage to his front bumper and his license plate fell off.

ok i'm going to take a guess and say some sucka ran a red light or stop sign as you were either turning left or going through the intersection...

Yes, I was making a left turn. On a road where the speed limit is 25. Kids everywhere. Small kids. Guy comes out of nowhere in the opposite direction probably going 45+, slamms on his brakes and crunch. I don't know if I will be found at fault. Police report will tell.

no you shouldn't be considered at fault, the other driver was not aware of his surroundings and if he were actually going 25 he would've had enough time to stop.

Mine was hit 2 months after I bought it, the other driver was cited for running the red light. But STILL, how in the hell do you miss a blazing yellow banana on a clear sunny day? Do they think " look how pretty the sun looks right now.... kinda close to the ground and not really in the sky... but wow..." I LOATHE stupid people.

I feel for you man...i had about the same number of miles on my car when i spun it off the road. $4000 in body damage, it's been wrecked for about 7 months now but it's still driveable. Gettin it fixed early July. You get an estimate on your repairs?

I don't know what it is with these cars. I got hit 2 times within 2 months of owning my car, both times I was stopped at a red light and got rear ended by people. It seems even now I have to use some scary actions to avoid getting hit b.c people just don't seem to notice my car or something.

I'm sorry that you got in a wreck again with the new car but I am glad you are ok
