is it just me or are the time stamps wrong

I know this has nothing to do with cars, but I've noticed the time stamps are way off by several hours. Not sure if its just me or has anyone noticed.

Time stamp shows I posted at 11:44am but its 7:44am now. Lol

Yeah I just noticed that on another post. It was obviously posted just a few minutes ago cuz it was at the top of my unread posts but the time stamp said today at 7:05 pm. fail...
