Intakes?

Pretty decently vareity
AEM makes one, Injen or go via Ebay.
HP gains on intakes are not huge as with most cars, course this depends on the application.
The most notable gain you will get is throttle/rpm response which is pretty noticeable.

What are you looking for a Cold Air Intake (CAI) or a Short Ram Intake(SRI)?

I live in Oklahoma so in the next couple of weeks temps will reach up to 107, at least thats not BS it can get that hot here. Humidity is a problem so whatever works best under our humidity.

For the MSP there's a few options...there's an Injen CAI(for sale soon...GB just ended), K&N (RnD phase), MemphisRacer's (cone filter with hard pipe), K&N cone filter mod (just replace the stock air box), or a custom one-off. Pretty much what ever you make is gonna need a CAI extension or a heat shield to keep heat soak minimal in those temps. To get best results for least amount of money, look to get JoeP's boost fuel pressure regulator, and a K&N cone filter and heat sheild. If you want to go bling it out, the INJEN is more expensive, but they should stand behind it.

Either way that fuel pressure regulation valve the JoeP has will help you a great deal, me thinks. Just check out that thread for some of the preliminary results. The only other real solutions in those temps are going to be i/c spray, and ECU remap from Mazda...so go yell at your dealer to pressure them to get it out!! :D

As of right now...these are the only real options for the Speed...the P5 and regular protes have a bunch of things available.

K&N also makes Typoon CAI, looks really nice, I think it looks better than INJEN but price is insanly high $399. (outie)

Not yet...if you check their RnD section they had a call out for people. Funnylittleman posted about it a while back. Weapon R (i think) was looking for people, too. I posted that one, but apparently they're not too reputible...oh, well! :D
