I get a lil nosie when i shift gears i know its my bushing for sure ive never replaced this before shift link as well im pretty sure its easy just dont wanna mess it up.

is this a question?

need to be a little more specific on 'noise' when shifting? Grinding? or just normal gear 'whine'?...the bushing could be the culprit, but bad collars/synchros as well as shift forks can start making noise when they where out...does the car ever pop out of gear when you lift the throttle?

anyway that bushing is very easy...you almost 100% couldn't mess it up...find the stickied thread for the service manual for torque specs, and where its located and everything...can be done in less than an hour with normal hand tools.

No pops this car was swaped everything trans is 100% just a squeak when shifting 2 and 3. I just changed shifter knob for now dont hear it anymore bit ima do bushing anyways

ok cool, you're fine then...I've used a urethane shift linkage bushing for years, and it does add a little noise inside the car...and the shifter will vibrate a little more...but the gates being tighter is 100% worth it...
