I am gonna test drive an RX-8 soon. (just for fun) Went to the Oak Tree/Almaden Mazda RX-8 launch event dealio on my way home tonight. Nothing like free food and free mazda goodies from the dealer. The RX-8 is bad ass, it was the first time I have seen the engine in person with the cover off, it's so little and the flip up navigation screen... sweet!

Ya, I'm getting a little burnt on Hwy 9 too. Let's explore Alpine road/Tunitas Creek. Roy and I went down Alpine the other day and it was a fun one.
How about this route?
Alpine Rd->Tunitas Creek Rd->Hwy1->Bonny Doon Rd->Empire Grade Rd->Hwy236->Hwy9->Summit. (wrc)

Where is Tunitas creek rd. I've never even heard of it. Have you driven it before?

Might make it Sat. depends on my drinking schedual for the weekend. It's one or the other so????

Also, any of you all have a shop you use for tire rotations. I just dont want my rims to get dinged. I'm just new to the area and know no auto mechanics out here. Any suggestions appreciated
