The story so far:
Hummer vs Ricey Civic: 1-0.


I'm no expert, but let's try to tally the repair cost:
- frame work: 1K USD
- radiator damage: 1K USD
- bumper, fender, grills, hood, light: 3K USD
- 'shield: 1K USD
- roof/sunroof: 1KUSD

Of course I am assuming there is no internal damage to the engine compartment other than the radiator.

I dont know if you noticed but It couldnt really do that because the hummer has a cable keeping it from flippin over.

actually I've seen hummers do s*** like that and not tip over. Their f'n amazing. But what's the story here? Is this really an accident? If so, why the cops/firetruck there? Looks like an intersection as well?

It looks to be some kind of accident on a military base...you can see the police car says Military Police on it
