How to remove the door trim piece off?

I plan to remove this long plastic piece next to the window switch. Anyone has any ideas how to remove it?
I went through the auto body manual, it only talks about how to remove the whole door card, or may be i missed something.

Any one have any idea before I break anything, thanks!

Remove the door there are clips behind it I believe.

Just had mine off to tint the windows. From what I remember you will just have to pull the whole panel. I think it was plastic welded in from the back. It is really easy to take the panel off. You have two screws holding it on 1) one behind the chrome pull handle that is hard plastic and pries out 2) under the a little rubber piece in the armrest pull piece. Take those two Phillips screws out and then carefully pull the panel at the edges until it pops loose. The top panel rubber trim piece locks into the top of the door frame and you just lift it up 3/4" . One plug connects to the switch and you just press a release in the plug to disconnect.
