How do you adjust headlights on 01 Protege?

I need to adjust up/down and side to side on the headlights. Where are the screws located and which one is which?
Are there any diagrams or how-to's? I searched and found nothing.

there should be two screws, I believe one on top and one on the back side. Probably has a gold-ish color cap on it?

Also, you should be able to adjust the screws without a screwdriver, I turned it by hand. There 'might' be a picture in the manual. Can't adjust left and right btw.

If you want some pics here's one, It took me awhile to figure out where the screws were the first time, but it seemed so obvious afterward, ha.
