Hot Weather Interior Creaks....

Well it's finally starting to heat up here on the east coast. Today was the warmest day in a long while. Propably one of the warmest days since I've owned my Protege. Along with the new warmer weather I've noticed some new interior creaks that may have been brought on by the change in temperature.
1.My headliner near my sunroof creaks (sometimes) not too bad though.
and 2. My driver's side door creaks. Especially if I press my left knee against it. Oddly enough it doesn't do it if the window is down. Now I'm not sure if it's because of some shoddy dynamat work inside my door or what. I just figured I'd ask to see if anyone else has this creak in their car- or if it is, indeed because of something that was done aftermarket to the doors when I had the audio system installed.

creaks and pops

Hey man,

Yep, I have the sunroof creaks/pops/slight rattles in the headliner after the temperature outside reaches above 60 degrees. It drives me nuts. Once in a blue moon i will get a creaky door panel but it is off and on and it moves around the car from door to door. Who knows???....maybe it is VooDoo. But the headliner around the sunroof doing its noises is something we are just gonna have to live with.

panel creeks are normal......................my fiancee has had 2 cars, both hondas (92' accord and now a 01' civic) and they have this horrible sound whenever the visors are moved up or down.........it sounds like nails on a chalkboard......................its awful.......
