Tried searching but found nothing on the issue im having. Bought HID bi-xenon hi/lo beam, only low beam would output. Tested on a civic of mine and it worked fine.. been through couple hid kit but this issue has been around ever since.
-Checked all fuse and wire should be goood.... Any ideas?
BTW, put old bulb back and hi/lo beam works.
