help with dash .......

i have been trying to paint some parts in car ..... wondering if anyone knew hoe to take off the dash where the radio is at .... i pulled it off but the lower left coner will not come out farther then half an inch .... is there a trick to it .... ???? trying to paint it ...thanks

the heater control are connected with cables that need to be diconnected. MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM THAT YOU WARK WHERE THEY HOOK UP!

how would i be able to see the cables if i can not pull that side out farther then about half an inch....??????????? need to take off the cover around the radio

because you can see the cables and where they attach if you look under the dash on the side....they are right there. mark which cable goes where....remove them, then you can remove the dash panel

There are two cables- one located above and to the right of the accelerator. And the second can be reached by removing the glovebox.

I unhooked my stereo dash thing and messed up my heater. It would always stay on cold and I was scared to death that I'd have to pay tons of money to get it fixed. If for some reason you are as foolish as I am, have no fear! There's just a little clip thing connected to the black wire behind the glove compartment, all you have to do is reattach it (it's pretty obvious what it's supposed to be attached to) I hope this actually helps anyone.. Have fun.
