Help me order the right parts to make my bumper complete!

My new to me MS6 was missing a few things when it arrived. It's missing both tow hook covers and both of the exhaust rings that fit into the rear bumper. Before I order them, am I correct that what I need are parts #24 and #27 (two of each) in this diagram? Honestly I'll probably look for a wreck MS6 for the exhaust rings because $272 is a bit steep for two tiny parts.

Yeah that's pretty nuts. According to Mazda they never sold them separately so I'll have to buy both valances to make it right. Not the end of the world, I found a site selling a set of both for $480. I'll probably do that after the exhaust.
