HELP! Car won't crank & security icon flashing quickly

What do I do? Neither key works. The dash lights illuminate, but the security icon blinks very fast. The manual says that could indicate a system malfunction. Is there a way to reset the immobilizer system?

I must have caused this last night when I was snooping around in the fuse/relay center under the hood, testing how to run the fogs as DRLs. The two relays I pulled were the 'circuit' and 'fog'. Must have made a bad choice with the 'circuit' one. Unhooking the battery doesn't do anything.

Engine Fuse (5A) in the passenger side panel. I checked the ones under the hood, but not inside. Glad it was an easy fix. Too bad I had to have it towed 30 miles to the nearest Mazda dealer, and apologize to my wife about it not running all weekend. Thankfully it was all covered by Mazda Roadside Assistance.
