On the boost sileniod there are 3 input/output options, com, no, nc. I know the com side will
go to the WGA but which side should I plug and which should I run to my manifold pressure source?
I am funning a fmic with a vta BOV system and the stock T25

Anyone running this on a stock turbo that could help me out? Thanks in advance

no answers huh, it is an older EBC... I was wondering about the function of the EBC. Does the WGA still limit the amount of boost that the turbo produces with an EBC installed? I thought that boost controller would hold the pressure to a pre-determined setting then release it causing the WGA to move and limit boost. If anyone could clarify this I would appreciate it.

I installed mine a while ago but the NO port I believe is left open ( make sure you remove the plug in the hole). The solenoid keeps the WGA from opening until later so you run more boost. It's tricky to setup but it's a great EBC. Search Google 'Greddy EBC Profec MSP mazdas247'

Thank you hornsfan, I removed the plug just incase that is how the EBC operated and now I am up to a solid 8psi. Does yours spike just a bit when you go WOT. If I go WOT my boost gauge will read all the way up to 9psi then down to 8psi. i am not concerned with it unless it is a sign of faulty installation. What I have been reading is if the boost is spiking then the gain should be lowered. I have lowered it but have not really had a chande to test. Thank you for the response!!
