Front lower control arm issues

So I go to remove the drivers side front lower control arm and the bolt that goes through the arm and into the subframe just spins. Peeking into the tiny opening it seems as if A) The bolt has become cross threaded and B) That retaining tab is stripped.
There doesn't seem to be a way to get to it because it's all inside the subframe

I'm really not sure what to do here. This is first time I've seen this in my albeit limited experience.
