No unless you have a really poor runing P5 and need to pass smog. It'll hurt performance and kill MPG in a P5. A lot of MSP's go to the P5 style and remove the second cat in the mid pipe.

Yes that's what it is intended for. Now I just need to find someone to go do smog for me. That's going to be my hardest part. Hmmm who has a slightly stock MSP....
