Fog lights?

I've seen quite a few pics of pr5's with the parking lights and the fogs on (minus the headlights).

I want to be able to do this, but can't, either because i'm a dumbass and can't figure out how, or 2. my car won't?

Is there some sort of mod needed to be able to get parking
lights + fogs simulaneously? (sp?)
