Factory HID bulb replacement

yeah so i up am upgrading my oem bulbs to somehting a lil different

i just wanted to know what bulbs do the oem mazda5 use??? cant find anything concrete besides the factory halogen set...

is it d2r or d2s etc.

stock HID bulbs are D2S. be careful, though, because aftermarket bulbs will output LESS light than the stock bulbs. aftermarket optics are no where near as good as stock bulbs. add to that the decrease in output from the blue-er colors, and you will take a huge hit in night visibility.

yeah, they are a little pricey, but they will be whiter and brighter than anything else you could get.
