my two cents would be to grab your stuff all at once and get out. just as everyone has mentioned in previous posts. by leaving your stuff she has a cetain control over you and your furniture or whatever it is that you have in there. it was stated previously that if it were here she would have already been moved out...so true so do the same upon her. i feel you on the sympathetic route and wishing to not be an ass to her but its what needed because if you dont shell always have a small amount of control over you and she might not be so willing to give up the stuff in the future and it would require more work and hassle maybe the law who knows. she will use it against you her having the stuff and might try to keep it or hold onto it as long as she can or try to get you back through it letting the stuff go one step at a time so you keep going back to see her...woman play some weird games upon us men which are no fun but they deem(sp?) it necisary to do so for some odd reason. but anyways get your s*** and run like forest gump...never stopping never looking back until your long gone. also best of luck finding a new place to live, sounds like you have, so enjoy it. maybe do something about the lease since your name is on it and you are also still responsable for the place she is living in and if she leaves she could trash the place and blame it on you and youd get one big bill and headache, for legal reasons see if you can get off of it just to be sage. my two cents take what you want just trying to help so enjoy.
