tom chess (king13) ripped off a customer of mine to the tune of $1000+ and was pretty much chased off the forums. don't think he posts on mazda 3 forums either. i filed police reports for harassment after he called and threatened me. he tried to con me and fedex out of about $800 by filing a false 'lost frieght' claim.
