Different cover for ignition access

Does anyone know if there is a part that would replace the plastic steering column assembly that sit's around the ignition on a 2009-2010 6? I have the smartkey and the only real issue I have with the interior is the cheap black cover that conceals the emergency ignition key access. Those who have the Mazda Smartkey know what I'm talking about. I noticed that the larger plastic assembly that surrounds the key access has a vein line, suggesting that there could be a replacement part that completely covers the ignition assembly. I know it's there for a reason, but I'd rather have to deal with taking apart the column plastic in the unlikely event the smartkey malfunctioned rather than have that circular piece of cheap shining plastic stare at me or my passengers.

I know exactly what you're talking about as I also just picked up a 2010 Black/Black 6s GT W/Tech. The rest of the cabin is so nice and then you have this cheap plastic cover for the ignition. Stupid design quirck. If you ever figure out a solution to this definitely let me know
