Dash kits

Hey everyone

Just putting my system together, getting ready for the "Saturday of Car Audio Installation" (which usually turns out to be more like the Saturday, Sunday, and half of Monday).

Anyone have any experience with the different dash kits available for the P5? I've got a PG TBAt Balanced Line Transmitter that needs to go in there along with the head unit, so I don't think I can use a pocket, so the stock MP3 unit is out. I've had bad luck with the Metra and Scoche kits because the plastic never matches anything else in the car, and it ends up looking like crap.

I guess the option of fabricating something is there, but I'm lazy.

Just in case anyone cares:

My system (so far, front to back)
JVC KD-LH2000 CD w/ MP3
Phoenix Gold TBAt Balanced Line Transmitter
Phoenix Gold EQ-230 1/3 Octave EQ
Zapco Studio 204 (50x4 RMS)
Zapco Studio 300X (150x2 RMS)
a/d/s 5.25" (front doors)
a/d/s RS10 Sub (Pure evil :) )

Both kits are just black. To match the color easy you might want to see if selectproducts has some good paint I believe SEM was the stuff they used at tweeter. Also you could use some matching grill clother or some other fabric.

The MP3s didn;t use a kit. My car just has the pocket and a bar between the pocket and the radio to support the radio. You can buy just the pocket from the Dealer.
