Coolant Temp Sensor- in the manual?

Seems like the coolant temp sensor would be documented with the coolant system in Engine 01-12, but I can't find it. Anyone know where it's documented? Thanks!

follow the upper rad hose to the water outlet and its right there

Thanks. I had some "running hot but not quite overheating" issues. The fan was coming on, which I figured eliminated the ECT sensor. Still, I found the specs in the manual and tested. It tested fine indeed. Replacing the thermostat and radiator cap corrected the issue.
