At least the stock civic aerodynamics have been wind tunnel tested for that kind of speed...only thing it needs is a terminator wing...210mph...no problem...

its the wind deflector on the sunroof. youd be amazed what kind of performance those things give you. I wonder if thats carbon fiber as well?

Not that I believe this particular yahoo, but I have actually seen a 200mph civic. A friend of mine got married to a race car driver (Richard Holdener) who builds cars. He wrote a book about Honda Horsepower and had a Civic SI up over 500 hp and broke 200mph. It still had the air conditioner and factory stereo in it. In fact by looking in the car it looked perfectly stock. Of course the outside was aero modified so it wouldn't just fly off the road, but it it possible to go that fast. He actually used it as a daily driver for a while and had it on display at SEMA a couple years back as the worlds fastest Civic. But the gearing was up high so there wasn't much left for 0-60 like this guy says.

SCC did an write-up on a progress/vortech Civic that ran the salt-flats. It did 200 something as well. Could be the same car we are referring to.
