Whoa old school rims (stoned)

We call dem dare rims deep dish pizza rims. Oh that and they have the WORST clear coat system on them. After say... oh I don't know about 6 weeks, it starts to chip, then water gets to the rim and it starts to bubble up and ... well it's hard to explain, but it looks like dried baking soda under plastic.
