brake pedal problem help!!!!

my car was victum to the voom voom boom about 13 months ago i finally just got her back up and running and when i went for a test drive i had no brakes the brake pedal is rock solid its pumped all the way up and wont move now if i crack a bleeder i will go down but then once it pumps up its hard again when i broke 13 months ago the brakes worked perfect and ever sense i replaced the engine im having this issue does anyone have any ideas to help me out?

Go sit in a car that's not running pump the brakes till it gets hard to push. If it feels the same as the brakes in your msp then you either have a bad brake booster or you didn't hook the vaccume line up to it
