I know there was a thread discussing the brake light switch - however I need help in the replacement now that I have determined that is the problem. I saw the picture and read the following directions "Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing on the release tab". Ok I will admit that I am not an car expert but can someone please tell me where this release tab is? I have pressed and pulled everything I can on the switch to release the connector but without any luck. I would appreciate any help!!
