botom driver side molding scratches

I guess I'm not careful when i get in the car because i noticed full of scuff marks and some scratches on the bottom driver's side molding. Then i thought that it is also in winter when i kick the snow off of my boots before i get in. Has this occured to any of you? I guess i have to be careful when getting in the car.

Yes I had that too. Had it repainted tho. Now i'm very carefull. Take my foot like 2 feet from the side of the car.

Mine was RUINED the first week I had the car. I still don't know how that huge scratch got there. Dog? Wife's high heels? Maybe a pebble got wedged in there when I closed the door? I still haven't dealt with it, at least the side-skirts wont rust...

they are plastic. They won't rust You can get them repainted pertty cheap. Like under $50.
