Boost guage install question

i bought the single pod that mounts on the pillar and the autometer ultralite guage.

my question is, how do you get the vacuum tubing through the firewall grommet to the actual boost guage so that you arent exposing any of the vacuum tubing? can i hide it under the A pillar somehow? if so, how do i get the tube to the bottom of the A-pillar in the first place?

Just take the a-pillar off, it just snaps out of place. Run the tubing through the back of the pillar and take off you weather-striping on the side, and run it behind there to. Then just run it up and over the hood latch, zip tie everything in place and you should be set.

can i put the weather stripping back on? or run the tube through it?

oh yeah i dont have the full a pillar, just a single pod. so i cant remove it and have unless i drill. is there a way to evade the drilling?

oh man, you dont even have to take off any weather stripping. just slide it by the side of the dash...try it...
