Sorry to hear about your loss man. I love my car too and have put a lot of work into it. If someone were to steal it I'd be pissed. But then I'd get to start over new with a newer car. So I wouldn't be too pissed. Especially since it was great to get new s*** in the mail every week and work on my car.

I think about the best and easiest deterrant (sp) is to rig a fuel cut off switch and hide it somewhere. No fuel no go.

i got the AUTOLOCK X - it's the chrome version of the original red autolock. looks better................works the same.

I was looking around all day yesterday and there were a few cars that I really liked.

WS6: Holy Torque batman!! The car drives nice (alot smoother around town) and feels disgustingly fast. It felt wierd to take turns in (not on rails like the MSP), but i've never owned a RWD car so I would probably get used to it. Only minus is the back seats are for midgets and the dash is straight out of my old 93' bonivelle.

EVO: This is my favorite, but it is the most expensive out of what I'm looking at. Holding the wheel is pure seks! But god knows how much of a target it will be for thievs.

STI: Subaru nazi's wouldn't let me drive it. s*** I had to pleed for them to let me sit in it and turn it on. They're policy=no test drives :mad: my policy, test drive or I cant consider it sorry. The car looked nice, kind of cartoony; it would take some time getting used to looking over that scoop. It was very comfy inside, more so than the evo. thier STi didnt have any options.

RSX-S: Love everthing about the looks of this car, inside & out. Steering feels artifical & heavy at low speeds, but picks up nicely with more speed. Aboslutely no TQ, and no power untill vtec. Maybe if they had a type-R with more agressive suspension tuning and more HP. As it is, nice, but I dont think I'll consider it.

I talked with mazda and they are going to try and locate a black MSP in the area. (if they can i'll probably go for it)
Dodge was closed when I got to them...

And I talked to my insurance, not sure whats happening yet. It looks like im going to have to wait for a little bit and see if the car comes up. The lady I spoke with said with my policy, I will get back exactly what I paid. And they will include my mods up to $2000.

IM not as depressed as before. But the whole situation is so agrivating. My next car is going to have 3 kill switches, autolock, and an alarm that tells me if somone breaths on it

the trans am you'd love as far as a straight line performer. yes,assloads of torque, pretty quick off the line but fall on its face come a high end highway run. they're not made for top end. the evo and sti would be fun but if you're looking for something in that price range just hold out a big and check out the Golf R32. do a little research on them and you'll see what i mean. tons of torque,big V6,AWD, kickass interior, handling and styling to compare if not beat the others. here,check this link out www.vwvortex.com

Damn, that sucks man! You wouldn't happen to be from New Jersey would ya? The only reason I ask is because that exact same scenario happened to my best friend. He drove a 98 vtec teg with the pretty bluish-purple paint... anyway he went to visit his cousin, they went to a movie and when they came out his car was gone. The police found it about 3-4 days later stripped all to hell. They took everything from the wheels to the dash to the AC!!! The pictures were crazy! Well, hope you find something as good as or better, just goes to show you can't trust anyone these days... freakin jealous bastards!!!!

This is bulls***! What is with all this stealing s***? Cant anyone get a ******* job and earn the right to own a cool car!? Sorry to hear about that man but, there is always the p5 or a Titanium grey MSP. Plus there has to be another dealer close to where you live that has some black ones or even orange ones.
