I have been reading about these devices and was sorta stunned to learn they have been being installed in many cars for quite a few years now. They record the last five seconds of vehicle and driver activity before the air bag(s) are triggered by the car.
Does anyone know if the P5 has one (it probably does), since it has an airbag system standard? Also, does anyone know of a web site that lists known car models and years that have them? I've googled and dogpiled and found no listings. Plenty of articles about the boxes, but no listings of what vehicles have them and their capabilities. Thanks, Jim
