6MT available on Touring model?

From Mazdausa's page, it seems to put SKYACTIV-MT 6-speed across both the Sport and Touring columns, which hopefully means the good news. The Sport model with manual lacks sufficient features.

It would be sad if it ended up like CX-5, with MT available on the real base model.

It would be what most of us expect sadly. Mazda has been letting us MT Mazda owners down for the last few years, and i doubt thats going to change with any of the upcoming Models.

I already had my down payment, and was ready to buy a CX5 last year. But the fact i couldnt get any sort of actual color option, or leather made me lose interest. Which is BS when i can go up to Canada, and get whatever color i want, and a butt load of options on a MT. It makes no sense how they can offer them to Canada, but not us.

On the Car and Driver website, a forum user posted that Mazdausa responded and said 6mt is available on the touring model.

Great news! Now let's see if that model can be paired with the red or blue color.
