25+ average MPG with 104,000+ miles

25.264 to be exact.

I filled up yesterday and took 9.741 gallons to travel 246.1 miles. That is mixed city/highway driving and I have over 104k miles on the car. I cruise on the highway at 74 mph and even got stuck on the freeway yesterday on the way to work. The freeway had turned into a parking lot for 30 minutes (idling with the A/C on) due to a 3 car accident.


I'm not disappointed at all with that performance.

My '06 just hit 40,240 today. He He. Who KNOWS when we'll hit 104K.
