2008 Mazda 5, deck and speaker help

Hey, I have a 2008 mazda 5 that I was thinking of replacing the 2 of the speakers (only came with 4) and replacing the head unit with a dvd deck

Question, will i lose the steering wheel functions going to this deck, if so what part do i need to keep this functionality? Also I will be replacing the head rests (eventually) with DVD ones or mayve just monitor ones, I assume the main deck can be setup to output to these screens? Is this expensive to do.

Most of the work will be done by professionals and not myself.

Thoughts would be helpful.

The answer is YES. You will lose the steering wheel functions with any non-mazda head unit.

And this is just a sample of head rest monitor you can use, it come with the head rest itself... make the installation very simple.
