2003 dodge neon le 1.6 (Not mazda but someone may beable to help)

We cant get the car to start unless we by pass the relay to make it crank, we have no starter relay at the moment in there and put carb spray to get it to fire.
We have no injector pulse but we do have power to the injectors.

get a new relay and check the ecu

Check body ground from battery (normally driver's side from battery to front cross bar). I got stumped by one when I replaced a radiator and for got to reconnect. Or it maybe file pump turn key on should hear it run for 10 sec. or so. Also check for gas (pressure) at the rail
