i just rebuilt the turbine 2 months ago without really touching the housing except a quick wash with carb cleaner and bleach...i checked the flap and it seemed to be working fine, i have a similar problem and dont want to have to take the turbo out again /

Thanks to everone for your help. Sad to say I never got to figure out what was the cause of my turbo not producing boost but pretty sure it was the turbo flap. Anyway someone made me an offer and I sold it. Thanks again for all your help. Coolest guys I ever came across. If you guys ever need anything my email is alfredovaldes86@yahoo.com
