2001 Sport20 wagon power mirror problem

Any info or assistance is appreciated, my 2001 Sport20 wagon power mirrors has stopped working. All fuses appears to be good, i checked the harness going to the switch it has 12v however i am only getting 8v at all wires coming from the switch going to the motor, shouldn't this be also 12v going to the motor?
