10 mazdaspeed3 wheels for 1200

There's a local guy on craigslist selling a set of 4 wheels and tires new for 1200. Is this a good price I offered 700. Can anyone Photoshop them on a black Mazdaspeed6? Are they same weight asu stockers? Thanks and sorry for multiple questions

I think I saw someone on MSF with 10 speed3 wheels on a 6. It was red though I think. I just looked really quickly though and can't find the thread
