exhaust manifold

Hi, I have been searching for a while and cannot find any directions to remove the exhaust manifold, I have it physically unbolted and maneuverable , but there must be a trick to getting it removed. Does anyone have instruction on the removal process? one thing that I think is causing me grief...

I'm looking for a good quality exhaust manifold, preferably a high rise style with a t3 or t4 flange. Anybody have one they are selling, or know where I can find one?

Hi everyone, I am wondering if you can put on the exhaust manifold gasket on the wrong way? It has these little metal tabs on the top of it should they be pointing towards the engine or the front of the car? It installs both ways. I also have a leak on cylinder one... is my manifold cracked...
